When you create an account we collect your email address and organisation name. When you run a scan we collect the URL you provide and the publicly accessible HTML, metadata, and assets returned by that URL. We do not collect or store personal data from the websites you scan beyond what is technically required to perform the audit.
We collect usage telemetry (page views, feature interactions, plan events) to improve the product. This data is stored in our own infrastructure and is not sold to third parties.
Scan data is retained for the duration of your subscription. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion by emailing privacy@scanfix.dev.
