By creating an account or using ScanFix you agree to these Terms. If you are using ScanFix on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
You may use ScanFix to audit websites that you own or have explicit permission to audit. You may not use ScanFix to scan websites without authorisation, to conduct denial-of-service attacks, or to harvest personal data from third-party sites.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to suspend access for maintenance or in response to abuse.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law.
ScanFix provides audit findings for informational purposes. We are not liable for decisions made based on scan results. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ScanFix is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by applicable law.
